Our Agreement

I am here as a thinking partner, sounding board, and champion for you—helping you tackle the practical logistics of divorce so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Here is what it will take for this to work for both of us:

You (as client) promise to:

  • Complete the intake form before our Pre-Day Planning Call so we can make the most of our time.

  • Show up to our planning call and VIP Day ready to focus on your priorities.

  • Give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

  • Tell the truth about what's weighing on you most so we can address what matters.

  • Take responsibility for following through on the 30-day action plan we create together.

  • Accept that decisions made during our day are yours—I provide perspective, not directives.

I (as coach) promise to:

  • Show up fully present and prepared, ready to work on your priorities.

  • Bring 15 years of crisis management experience and lived divorce experience to our work.

  • Help you prioritize ruthlessly so we focus on what matters most.

  • Keep your children at the center of any parenting or co-parenting discussions.

  • Provide a written 30-day action plan summarizing what we accomplished and what's next.

  • Be available via email for 48 hours after our VIP Day for quick clarifications.

  • Be your champion.

Disclaimers

As the client, I understand that a coach is not a therapist. Coaching is designed to focus on taking action and accomplishing goals. I accept responsibility for my own mental health throughout the process.

As the client, I understand that a coach is not an attorney and cannot advise me on legal rights or legal issues in my case. I accept responsibility to consult with an attorney regarding any legal matters.

As the client, I understand that a coach is not a CPA or licensed financial advisor and cannot advise me on financial or tax matters. I accept responsibility to consult with appropriate professionals regarding financial decisions.

The information exchanged between coach and client is confidential except as required by law.

Terms & Policies

Payment

The Client agrees to the Divorce Prep Accelerator Day package as described on the service page. Payment of $1,200 is collected in full at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to reschedule your Pre-Day Planning Call or VIP Day, please provide at least 24 hours notice and we will find a new date that works. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your scheduled VIP Day without providing at least 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you miss your Pre-Day Planning Call without notice, we will reach out to reschedule, but repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your VIP Day. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

A client who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays, is entitled to a full refund. After the Pre-Day Planning Call has taken place, no refunds will be issued as preparation for your VIP Day has begun. If you need to cancel after the planning call but before your VIP Day, we can discuss rescheduling or applying your investment toward other services.

Session Time

Your Divorce Prep Accelerator Day includes 4 hours of dedicated 1:1 time scheduled for a single day. Unused time does not roll over or transfer to another session. If we finish early, that's a win — not a credit.

48-Hour Email Access

Following your VIP Day, you will have 48 hours of email access for quick clarifications or questions that arise. This is intended for brief follow-up questions, not ongoing coaching support. You can reach me at kristina@kristinastcyrcoaching.com and I will respond within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). Outside of that window, please book a Divorce Power Hour or other session for continued support.

Confidentiality

Everything we discuss during your Pre-Day Planning Call and VIP Day is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside our coaching relationship, except as required by law. I take your privacy seriously — this is a safe space to be honest about where you are and what you need.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Divorce Prep Accelerator Day — including the Divorce Resource Pack, worksheets, templates, and any written materials — are the intellectual property of Kristina St. Cyr Coaching. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Acceptance

By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Coaching Agreement. This agreement goes into effect upon completion of your purchase.
