From Paralyzed to Prepared ⎻ In Just One Day

You know the pattern. Trying to tackle your divorce checklist at 11pm, exhausted and overwhelmed, getting nowhere.

With the Divorce Prep Accelerator Day, you get four focused hours of real support. Just you, no distractions, and actual progress.

What’s possible in just four hours?

We'll Customize the Day to Your Priorities

HERE'S WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH:

Preparing For Divorce

Organize your financial documents, clarify your priorities, and build a roadmap. You'll walk into your first attorney meeting prepared and confident.

Deadline Crunch

Gather financial data, complete discovery documents, and get ahead of your attorney's requests instead of drowning in them.

Parenting Plan Clarity

Think through custody priorities, co-parenting values, and what “children at the center” looks like for your family. You’ll leave clear on what matters most.

A Little of Everything

Not sure where to start? We’ll prioritize ruthlessly and tackle the tasks that bring the most relief. You set the agenda—I’ll help you move forward.

Meet Kristina

I'm Kristina St. Cyr — CDC Certified Divorce Coach® for working moms and professional women, former public health leader, and someone who's been exactly where you are.

When I went through my own divorce with two young kids, nothing prepared me for the overwhelm. The endless to-do list. The late nights trying to figure it out alone. The weight of it all just sitting there, getting heavier every day.

I created this day because I remember what that felt like. And I know how much it would have meant to have someone in my corner, helping me prioritize, make progress, and finally breathe.

"She is kind and thoughtful, and makes you feel seen without losing sight of the goals you're working towards."

Here’s How It Works

Kristina St. Cyr, certified divorce coach with 15 years of public health crisis management experience

Why This Works

15 years of crisis management in public health taught me how to prioritize ruthlessly and create momentum fast. And navigating my own divorce as a working mom taught me what actually matters and what can wait. This day works because of that combination.
