Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to Your Divorce Village, a group support program offered by KSC Strategies LLC doing business as Kristina St. Cyr Coaching ("we," "us," or "Coach"). By enrolling in this program, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

Your enrollment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as well as the Group Coaching Agreement signed at registration.

2. Program Description

Your Divorce Village is a 6-week virtual group support program designed to provide coaching, community, and resources to women navigating divorce. The program includes:

Six (6) live group sessions held on Tuesday evenings
Sessions lasting 75–90 minutes each
Groups of 6–10 participants per cohort
Access to program resources including worksheets, checklists, and guides
Community support from Coach and fellow participants

3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Program Investment

The program fee is $599 USD, due in full at the time of registration.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit card and ACH bank transfer payments via our secure checkout platform.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

You will receive an automatic payment receipt upon successful registration.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellations Before Program Start

If you need to cancel your enrollment before the program begins:

7 or more days before start date: Full refund OR option to roll enrollment to the next available cohort
Less than 7 days before start date: 75% refund OR option to roll enrollment to the next available cohort

You may roll your enrollment to the next available cohort one time.

4.2 Missed Sessions During the Program

Sessions are not recorded. The value of this program is in live participation and real-time connection with your cohort. If you miss a session, that session is simply missed—there are no makeup sessions available. However, you will retain access to all program resources regardless of attendance.

We highly encourage attendance at all sessions. Your consistent participation benefits not only your own experience but also enriches the experience for your fellow cohort members.

5. Refund Policy

We understand that groups may not be the right fit for everyone. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and compassionate while maintaining the integrity of the group experience.

5.1 Refund Schedule

7 or more days before program starts: Full refund or roll to next cohort
Less than 7 days before program starts: 75% refund or roll to next cohort
After Session 1, before Session 2: 75% refund (no roll option)
After Session 2: No refund

5.2 Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize that life can be unpredictable, especially during divorce. Extenuating circumstances will be considered and handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss your options, please contact us directly at kristina@kristinastcyrcoaching.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

6. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

6.1 What This Program Provides

Your Divorce Village provides:

Coaching support, guidance, and accountability
Group support and community connection
Educational content and resources
Templates and worksheets for personal use

6.2 What This Program Does NOT Provide

This program is not therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical intervention, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional. Participation in this program is not a substitute for therapy.

This program does not provide legal advice. While we may discuss general concepts related to divorce, nothing in this program constitutes legal advice. For legal matters, please consult with a qualified family law attorney in your jurisdiction.

This program does not provide financial advice. We do not offer financial planning, tax advice, or investment guidance. Please consult with a qualified financial professional for financial matters related to your divorce.

This program does not provide medical advice. For any medical concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.

This program does not guarantee specific results. Your experience and outcomes depend on many factors, including your active participation and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

This program does not provide one-on-one personalized guidance. Your Divorce Village is a group program. While you will receive support and coaching, this is not a substitute for individualized 1:1 coaching services.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

7.1 Ownership

All program materials, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, checklists, frameworks, and session content, are the intellectual property of Kristina St. Cyr Coaching and are protected by copyright law.

7.2 Permitted Use

Program materials are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or republish any program materials without prior written permission from Kristina St. Cyr Coaching.

7.3 Recording & AI Prohibition

Recording of group sessions is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of AI transcription bots or any automated recording or transcription tools during sessions is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

8.1 Information We Collect

To provide this program, we collect the following information:

Name, email address, and phone number
Home/mailing address
Emergency contact information
Intake form responses (personal information about your situation)
Payment information

8.2 How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard tools including our email/CRM platform, secure cloud storage, form platforms, and payment processor. Access to your data is limited to Kristina St. Cyr Coaching and necessary service providers who help us deliver the program.

8.3 Data Retention

We retain your information indefinitely for business purposes unless you request deletion. You may request that we delete your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

8.4 Group Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal stories, situations, and identities. This expectation is also outlined in the Group Coaching Agreement.

9. Technical Requirements

9.1 What You Need

To participate fully in this program, you will need:

Email access
Google Meet access (sessions are held via Google Meet)
Access to password-protected website content
Ability to complete online forms
Reliable internet connection
Working camera and microphone
Ability to download and access files

9.2 Technical Issues

You are responsible for ensuring your technology works properly and for troubleshooting any technical issues on your end. If you are unable to join a session due to technical difficulties on your end, this is considered a missed session and the policies in Section 4.2 apply.

10. Attendance & Communication

10.1 Attendance Expectations

We highly encourage attendance at all sessions. You will get the most out of this program—and your cohort members will benefit from your presence—when there is consistent participation from everyone. While we understand that life happens, please make every effort to prioritize these 90 minutes each week.

10.2 Communication Response Times

We will do our best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Response times may be more varied over the weekend.

11. Code of Conduct

11.1 Expected Behavior

This program is a safe space for women navigating divorce. All participants are expected to treat each other—and the Coach—with respect, kindness, and compassion. By enrolling, you agree to abide by the Group Coaching Agreement signed at registration.

11.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not permitted:

Discriminatory language of any kind
Harassment of other participants
Spamming or self-promotion

11.3 Violations

Violations of these Terms & Conditions or the Group Coaching Agreement will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may result in removal from the program without refund.

12. Dispute Resolution & Legal

12.1 Resolving Issues

If you have any concerns or issues regarding this program, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving matters fairly and compassionately.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.2 Non-Transferability

Your enrollment and participation in this program is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to another person without prior written consent from Kristina St. Cyr Coaching.

13.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Group Coaching Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kristina St. Cyr Coaching regarding your participation in the Your Divorce Village program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
